Thanks to Kate Pendry and Øystein “Tex” Hillestad Lystrup for organizing four wonderful screening events in early November in Oslo, Norway, including KulturKirken Jakob, the Old Munch Museum TekstLab, the Kristiania Westerdals film school, and Hartvig Nissens school for performing arts. Every encounter was wonderfully joyous.

Thanks to WBNG Channel 12 News for this wonderful story and video about the origins and glory of the Earlville Opera House, which I bought to save from the wrecking ball in 1971.

COMING SOON IN DECEMBER:

From December 6, 2023 to May 31, 2024, Pérez Art Museum Miami presents Perpetual Motion, a PAMMTV Exhibition curated by Barbara London. The exhibition, streaming-on-demand, explores technological change, mass media, and the universality of moving images in contemporary art. Joey Skaggs: Celebrity Sperm Bank is one of the 10 exhibited films. The show will be available for 6 months and will be free to stream here when it starts.
